Are you an Occupational Therapist seeking flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work within a supportive multidisciplinary team? We are currently partnering with a highly regarded allied health provider in Canberra who is looking for passionate OT Contractors (minimum 12 hours per week) to join their growing team.

πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities

As an OT Contractor, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based OT assessments and interventions aligned with client goals
  • Work across paediatric, adult, or mixed caseloads depending on preference
  • Provide services in clinic, community, and home-based environments
  • Conduct functional capacity assessments, sensory profiling, and home safety evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and review individualised therapy plans
  • Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with NDIS requirements
  • Manage your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy

  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
  • New graduates and experienced OTs welcome
  • Passion for paediatric and/or adult populations
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Current Police Check, WWCC (or willingness to obtain), and NDIS Worker Screening
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
