🏥 About the Role

As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children and adults
• Support clients with developmental, sensory, functional, and disability-related needs
• Deliver services in clinic, community, home, school, and telehealth settings
• Complete functional assessments, therapy planning, and progress reviews
• Provide assistive technology and home modification recommendations where appropriate
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, support workers, and allied health professionals
• Develop person-centred therapy plans that support meaningful participation and independence
• Participate in community outreach programs and collaborative initiatives

🎓 Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration
• 10 years of clinical experience preferred 
• Experience working with paediatric clients, NDIS participants, or community-based services is highly regarded
• Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, inclusive, and family-centred practice
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
• Current Police Check, Working With Children Check, and relevant screening clearances (or willingness to obtain)
