Victoria St Dental has been serving the community of Richmond for the last 35 years and hopes to continue doing so for the next 35. That is why we need your help! We are planning to expand in 2026, so we are looking for individuals who are passionate, dedicated and who plan to commit long term in a growing practice.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Part Time Dental Assistant and a Part Time Dental Front Office Coordinator. Pay range is between $29 - $35 per hour

What Qualifications and Experience do we expect?

Experience in the dental industry is highly recommended

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential

A positive and motivated attitude are also essential

Confident in giving clear directions and enforcing protocols and guidelines

Extremely organised and good time management skills

Professional and presents yourself well at all times during work

Being able to speak Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly favourable

but not essential

Your roles and responsibilities?

Chairside assisting

Dental sterilisation

Maintaining current infection control protocols

Organising and scheduling patients

Meet and greet patients and visitors

Record-keeping and administrative tasks involved in the everyday running of

the clinic
