Dental Assistant

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced dental nurse/receptionist to join our growing, exceptional team in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast.

This is a part/full time position.

We’re looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. A warm, bubbly personality and a passion for making patients feel at ease are essential.

Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing the treatment room, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Welcoming and registering patients, scheduling appointments, and handling billing and insurance-related tasks

Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and providing support throughout their dental treatment

Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our patients

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the smooth running of the dental practice

A commitment to continuing education and professional development to stay up to date with industry best practices

A friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Occasional reception duties, professional training provided.
