Your Impact (The Role):
This is a dynamic, dual-functioning role where you will support our clinicians chair-side and act as the welcoming face of our clinic.

Clinical Support: Prepare surgery rooms, manage infection control/sterilisation, and provide top-tier chair-side assistance.

Patient Comfort: Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Front Desk Excellence: Manage appointments, handle billings, update patient records, and streamline daily schedules.

Practice Care: Take ownership of stock control, basic equipment and practice maintenance.

About You:

You are a motivated, reliable team player with a warm, caring personality.

You have previous experience in dental assisting and reception duties (preferred).

You possess excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

You are passionate about patient care and clinical hygiene.
