About the Role:

As our Dental Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in the smooth operation of the practice. You’ll manage scheduling, insurance verification, patient communications, and help maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and manage patient billing
• Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Handle phone calls and email inquiries
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
• Assist dentist and chair-side assistance to dentists if required.
• Continue driving practice growth through marketing strategies
• Patient retention through recalls.
• Answering patient enquiries.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a dental essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, D4W, Exact etc) is a essential
• Knowledge of dental terminology a bonus and insurance procedures is required.
