An enthusiastic Dental Coordinator is required at this busy practice in Marion, to oversee the efficient operation of the clinic day-to-day. For experienced dental receptionists this is a great step towards getting the right experience to be a Practice Manager in future.
The role is paying up to $29 per hour.
You will oversee the efficient operation of activities within the practice, coordinating the Dentists and Dental staff while providing excellent customer service to your patients.
This is a highly popular expansion site adjoining a medical centre, with a major refurbishment underway and 2-3 Dentists practicing here daily.
Minimum requirements include:
- Cert III in Dental Assisting
- Experience in the dental industry
- Experience in customer service
- Exposure to the preparation of rosters
- HCP and employee engagement
- Emotional intelligence
- Experience with Dental 4 Windows and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Profit & Loss reports and key levers
- Excellent skills in prioritising
