Dental Receptionist

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist to work at this multi chair, general practice based in the Brighton area. The role is full time Mon-Fri with a rotational Sat. A day off during the week is provided when weekend work is scheduled.

You will be working alongside 2-3 other Receptionists on a busy reception desk. If you are seeking a challenging role working in fast paced environment then this will be the perfect role.

 We are seeking a candidate who is confident, well spoken and presented.  Prior dental experience essential for successful application.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Meet and greet patients

• Answer calls

• Process payments and manage patient accounts

• Handle patient appointments, accounts and records

• Ensure procedures are followed correctly

• Manage the recall system

Successful Applicants will have the following:

• Have exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Have a professional presentation

• Previous dental reception experience essential

• Good understanding of the dental industry
