Our client has presented an amazing opportunity for an experienced General Dentist in the booming Adelaide suburb of Nairne. A monthly retainer for up to 6 months can be negotiated while you quickly build up your books in this major hub with definite high demand for dental services.
There is no competitor in a 6km radius of one of the fastest growing suburbs in Adelaide. Located about 35km from Adelaide CBD, it is an easy 40km commute either way due to the new Bald Hills Road freeway interchange. The practice is located in a local shopping centre with a high amount of foot traffic.
As you will start as the sole General Dentist, your books will fill very quickly.
Due to a dedicated marketing and advertising campaign you can tailor your specialty interests to correspond to the patients these marketing efforts will attract – and see more of the patients you want to see, day-in and day-out.
New state-of-the-art equipment includes Adec 300 chairs, Touch MI intraoral cameras, SPIX2 digital X-Rays, OPG and roof-mounted TVs in each surgery with noise-cancelling headphones for the patients.
The role will commence the start of July 2021 and days are flexible with no weekend work.
You will work cohesively with the Oral Health Therapist and accomplish a broad field of work in tandem. This rapid growth area has a population with a median age of 35 years old who respond well to social media, which has been part of the marketing strategy. The demographic is 80% families and two major housing estates are underway, so this is potentially a decades-long career opportunity.
You will need to be a confident practitioner who works independently.
The successful candidate would:
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience working in Australia in a similar role
- Be confident with all general procedures
- Clean AHPRA registration
- Current PI Insurance
- Have excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach
