Dietitian – Home Care

Atticus Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Dietitian to join our dedicated Home Care team. • Provide nutritional assessments and develop tailored meal plans for clients in their homes.

• Offer education and practical guidance to clients, families, and carers to support improved nutrition and wellbeing.

• Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

• Assist clients with managing conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management, and malnutrition.

• Travel to client homes within the community (car allowance provided).
