Exercise Physiologist

Phoenix Health & Fitness is a privately owned Exercise Physiology clinic established in 2011. Our aim is to provide evidence-based exercise prescription and chronic disease management. We deliver and provide a wide scope of services including DVA, Medicare, Workcover, NDIS, Type 2 Diabetes group sessions, ERAA and DACS to name a few. Phoenix Health & Fitness has built strong rapport and partnerships with multiple GP surgeries, Aged Care facilities, Specialists, and Insurance companies with a reputation of getting results... and having fun doing so.

Qualifications & experience

• ESSA Exercise Physiologist accreditation
• Current CPR and First Aid
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Current Drivers License
• Police Criminal History Check
• Working with Children certificate
• On site training will be provided and self-education supported
• Minimum 2 years experience

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conducting patient/client consultations
• Writing reports and designing exercise programs
• Performing home/Aged Care visits where necessary
• Performing face-to-face and group exercise sessions
• Other duties as required...
