We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Coordinator for a multi chair clinic based in Cremorne. This is an amazing opportunity to further your career with a leading organisation. The role is full time 4 days per week…

The role is primarily based on Reception and be an integral part of the day to day running of the practice. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will have the ability to work autonomously and will be the 2IC in the practice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising appointment book
  • Discussing treatment plans with patients
  • Patient recalls and follow up communication
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Manage daily invoicing and receipting, payments and payment plans, end of day reporting, reconciliation
  • Liaising with marketing on performance of marketing promotions and results
  • Ensure patient medical and dental records and database are managed confidentially
  • Coordinate clinic administration
  • Supervise and manage front reception area and ensure efficiencies between front reception and the clinic
  • Assisting the Dentists

To be successful you must:

  • Have minimum 2 years experience dental industry experience
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • High standard of attention to detail
