- Examine, diagnose and treat general practice patients in accordance with medical protocols.
- The doctor miust be able to relate well and emphasize with pateints from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures.
- The doctor must be a qualified medical practitioner and approved by APHRA.
- The doctor will have full respnsibility for the examination, diagnosis and treatment of general practice patients.
- The doctor might call on advise from other general practitioners or work under the close supervision of the general practitioner supervisor, depending on supervision requirement.
- The position is full time.
- It will require working in a team providing a high quality, safe service to patients over the range of times the practice is open, so some none-sociable hours are expected.
- It also may require visiting patients at their residence where they are unable to attend the practice.
