Practice Information
This practice is an independent owned accredited busy bulk billing clinic open 7 days. Located in a small rural town called Canungra (within the Scenic Rim Council region) but can boast that we are only 30 minutes from the Gold Coast beautiful golden beaches and a short drive from South Brisbane (No Traffic). The practice recently expanded by moving into a much larger new purpose built centre.

They are under MMM2 rating and have long standing General Practitioner colleagues and amazing Nursing and Administrative Teams to support you. The clinic offers a broad range of services including men’s and women health assessments, skin cancers, paediatrics, minor surgical procedures and general medical treatments.

The practice has access to Pathology 7 days a week, on site ample parking spaces for staff, ambulance station within the town. Have surrounding hospital support from all three Gold Coast University Hospital, Beaudesert Hospital and Logan Hospitals. You are supported by multi–Allied Health establishments within the area which is vital to ongoing patient care.  You would enjoy the professional team and most positive work environment/culture at this practice.

CANUNGRA is a rural town and locality in the Scenic Rim Region, Queensland, Australia, (within the Scenic Rim Council region) but can boast that we are only 30 minutes from the Gold Coast beautiful golden beaches and a short drive from South Brisbane (NO Traffic). The quaint, country town of Canungra – rich in history, culture and adventure – is located on the Eastern edge of the Scenic Rim; the gateway to the Gold Coast hinterland and World Heritage listed Lamington National Park. The town has retained its old-world charm and is a popular destination with day trippers, motorcyclists, hang-gliders, birdwatchers and bushwalkers.

Hours After: Yes, one shift of 2-8pm and shared weekends with other GP'S

Qualifications and Experience
Ideally, in order to be successful in securing this role, you must have: 

• Unconditional Australian/NZ accredited qualification from a comparable healthcare system or
• Hold General Registration in Australia and be eligible to apply for a Medicare provider number
