About the Role and Practice

Due to retiring GPs and internal staff changes, our very well established client near Battery Point has an opportunity for a VR GP pick up an existing patient base. You will be joining a team that prioritises patient care within a culture that fosters teamwork, respect, and mutual understanding amongst patients and staff to deliver the best possible patient outcomes. All clinical and administrative staff are encouraged to work collaboratively to maintain an efficient and collegial working environment. General medical and allied health services sought here include coughs and colds, chronic disease and wound management, road/air/underwater medicals, prothrombin time testing, heart and lung function assessments, ear irrigation and hearing tests, counselling, family planning and nutritional advice. 

Applicants with special interests and experience in travel medicine will be highly regarded. 

Opening Hours:

Weekdays: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Essential Criteria:

• MBBS or equivalent
• Must have a current and valid AHPRA GENERAL /SPECIALIST registration
• FRACGP qualified
• A good attitude to teamwork
