General practitioner - Logan - flexible arrangements - patient demand - 70%

• Established 2013 this practice is now going through expansion to keep up with the patient demand. Outgrowing their current premises has required them to expand into the next door tenancy and they are now seeking energetic Drs to make this their home and grow their patient base with them. They are extending to introduce  4 new consult rooms & a 3 bed treatment room
• The practice sees mostly in chronic Disease, Mental Health, Child Development, Injury Management, Procedural work and all things General practice
• Special interests in procedures are encouraged: They have a 3 bed treatment room for procedures. Currently they perform, Implanon insertion & removal, Mirena removal, Iron infusions, skin biopsy, venesections, suturing.
• Other practice staff include Full time RN, Practice Manager, Administrative support team, IT support
• The experienced nurses are available to assist with Immunisations – Care plans, DMMR’s, Immunisations, HASS, NDIS
• Pathology onsite
• The practice treats a very diverse patient base dealing with young families due to the growing housing estates, elderly as we have two surrounding over 50’s resorts within walking distance, and an industrial estate across the street.
• Weekend work on roster about 1: 4 weeks
• 70% of billings ; initial retainer can be discussed

Essential Criteria

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Vocational Registration (FRACGP | FACRRM | FRNZCGP)
• Full Australian Work Rights
• General Practice experience in Australia
• Passion and commitment to providing a high level of care to patients
