Where you'll be working
Deniliquin District Hospital provides emergency, medical, surgical, and obstetric services. Of the 45 beds, nine are day surgery, two obstetrics and two bassinets. Deniliquin hospital is a hub site for surrounding smaller communities and provides a range of community, allied health and mental health/ drug and alcohol outreach services.

What you'll be doing
A Visiting Medical Officer is required to provide procedural GP services as a GP Obstetrician at Deniliquin Hospital. The VMO will provide a high level of clinical care to patients and participate in the on call roster.
Murrumbidgee Local Health District requires Visiting Medical Officers to participate in service and policy development as well as an involvement with education, training and quality projects activities.
