Well established Medical Centre in western suburb of NSW, close to Marsden Park Business centre.

Doctor working for 40+ years retired and Medical centre will need new GP to work.

Loyal  cliental base,  Elderly patients,Chronic disease and Aboriginal patients, linked Nursing home , 110 beded Nursing home

Going through accrediatation through AGPAL in June .

Waiting For Area of need approval for afterhours.
