At Doctors of Tewantin we really value the team. Feeling valued (plus excellent coffee from the barista trained admin staff) is what keeps our team together and consequently we have a very, very low turnover.

With the interstate migration and the appeal of living on the Sunshine Coast, the demand for our services exceeds our supply capabilities. We need a new doctor.

We could boast of being an ‘accredited medical practice’, that opens 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, with no on call, that is a mixed billing practice and doctor owned. In reality, we are so much more.

Our 5 Doctors have higher qualifications in obstetrics, paediatrics, skin cancer medicine and surgery, travel medicine and therapeutics between us and some of us teach medical students. However, despite these special interests we are proud of the fact that we are very much a General Practice. We see people cradle to grave. True ‘family medicine’.  People who are sick irrespective of the nature of their problem.  We don’t cherry pick.  We serve the Tewantin community.  And to you, we are a blank canvas. The job is what you want to make it. With all the support you need to achieve this.   We are confident that if you come, you’ll stay.
