General Practitioners - Childers

Practice Information:
 
This practice is bulk billing, with DPA approval. Paediatrics, Chronic Disease management, Surgery, children’s health and procedural skin treatments are some but not all of the areas of interest of the 3 current doctors. The practice also have an EN and RN as well as an excellent Practice Manager and team of lovely receptionists.
 
The Practice is located in Childers QLD.
 
Position Description:
 
Full time (preferable) or part time VR GPs. Being honest - we are in an area where one practice is potentially closing down and we have a doctor signifying that retirement is less than 18 months away. We would envisage that the doctors would be fully booked on a 65% payment base.
 
After Hours: No
 
Salary:  65% payment base
 
Qualifications and Experience:

• We would imagine you would be AHPRA registered, have professional indemnity insurance and a working with children check.

About Childers:
 
The town of Childers is some 4 hours North of Brisbane, and 90 minutes or so from the Southern most point of the Great Barrier Reef. These positions offer the potential for a quieter, country based life of fresh air; hobby or more extensive farming, trail and mountain climbing as well as access to the beach in less than 25 minutes at Woodgate. The people of Childers on the whole are loyal, generous and most appreciative of all that our doctors and nurse do for them and we see no reason why the successful participants would not be treated with the utmost respect and support in practice and amongst the community.
