General Practitioners - mixed billings - DPA transfer

 

The practice is located 30 mins south of Brisbane,  this is a fully accredited and traditional family GP clinic . They operate as a mixed billing practice, with bulk billing available for standard consultations for children aged 1–15, pensioners, and DVA cardholders. 

The clinic's team consists of one male GP and one female GP. Weekend work is optional. The clinic is offering 70% of billings shared with the GP and an initial guarantee amount of $175 or 70% of billings whichever is higher for a 3 month period.  The clinic is supported by a nurse and utilises Best Practice software.

They are in the process of transferring the departing GP's DPA status back to the clinic, enabling them to offer it to a VR GP still under their moratorium.
