Locum Clinical Pharmacist

A rewarding opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join a vibrant healthcare team in the Northern Territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews, ward-based clinical support, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The contract is scheduled to commence on 04/05/2026 for an initial duration of 8 weeks. To be considered, candidates must demonstrate proficiency with the Merlin medication system. Compliance is paramount; all applicants must provide an Australian Standard competency set, a valid Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), and a National Police Check (NPC/CHC/CRC) issued within the last six months by an authorized Australian authority. Completed Vaccination Preparedness Declaration (VPD) forms are also required prior to commencement.
