The Locum GP Role:  
 
Health Workforce Queensland is a rural workforce agency that supports rural primary General Practice in Queensland.  We place Locum General Practitioners in private practices across various locations (MMM2-MMM7) and in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs) across Queensland. 
 
We are currently looking for experienced General Practitioners who are seeking Locum positions to assist practices throughout Queensland. 
 
General Practitioners in rural and remote locations are passionate about their patients and their local community. Your commitment will be rewarded by being warmly welcomed into the community and introduced to the many positive aspects of rural and remote living. 
 
As a successful candidate, you will have a plethora of locations to choose from, beautiful coastal locations to true country towns offering you the opportunity to explore the local area. 
 
Qualifications & Experience Required:  

• Full AHPRA registration 
• Fellowed with ACRRM or RACGP

Salary and Other Benefits:  
 
Most locum roles are paid a daily rate or % of the Medicare Billings whichever is greater.  Practices offer inclusions such as:
