We are seeking RMOs (PGY2 - PGY4) for Hospital at Night covering  multiple areas with in the hospital:

• From 11 July to  9 October 2022:
• Full duration in Neurosurgery: day shift unit from 7am & also participates towards on-call and weekend shifts for hospital at Night
• Full duration in Hospital at Night (HN) : mostly evening shifts with some Nights and the occasional day shift
• 27 July to 9 Oct 22:  in Emergency Surgical Unit (ESU): fully rotational shifts Nights, evening and days

Rate:

$110 to $130 per hour plus travel and accommodation

Hospital and location

Tasmania’s largest hospital and the major referral centre providing acute, sub acute, mental health and aged care inpatient and ambulatory services to a population of approximately 240,000 people, operating up to 550 physical beds, including 460 acute overnight and 90 day beds. A comprehensive range of general and specialty medical and surgical services are provided including cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, extensive burns treatment, hyperbaric medicine, neonatal & paediatric intensive care and high risk obstetrics.The hospital provides a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week Emergency Department, and critical care comprises a nine-bed Intensive Care Unit (including cardiothoracic intensive care), and five-bed High Dependency Unit. The ED has 41 treatment spaces, an assessment and planning unit and a short stay observation unit.
