About This Role

We are looking for a Massage Therapist who is passionate about evidence based practice and wants to positively change the health outcomes of our clients. Successful applicants will work under our test multidisciplinary model of care, that has significant, proven benefits for getting our clients onto their best health pathway. Work proactively to support customers to access services that maximise their independence, while improving and maintaining their health and well-being. As well as designing and delivering massage therapies that match needs, you’ll be an advocate for those you see to access opportunities that can enhance life quality and physical function.

Key Responsibilities

• delivery of safe and effective massage therapy for older people, including those with multiple chronic conditions
• contribute positively to multi-disciplinary care planning for our clients;
• demonstrate experience in person-centred practice, service continuous improvement, evidence based treatment and service delivery;
• engage in case conferencing and problem-solving of complex care needs;
• proactively deliver evidence-based reablement pathways that ensure client physical, social and mental health benefits;
• demonstrate willingness to increase your personal skill set.

About You

A minimum Diploma Qualification and registration with an association is essential for this role and be passionate about supporting clients towards better health. In addition you will be able to work independently and within a team, bring listening, communication, and time management skills, and a willingness to drive innovative practice.
