We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team in Mill Park, VIC. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering an hourly rate of $30 to $35.

• Greeting patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
• Scheduling appointments and managing the reception area
• Ensuring patient records are accurately maintained
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

• 1-2 years of experience working as a Medical Receptionist
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
