Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist for our highly regarded client; a specialist medical practice based at Miranda. The position is part time/casual and starts soon!

The practice has a rotation of four specialists plus a clinic for more comprehensive procedures. You will work alongside 3 other Receptionists. The position is casual and school hours would be considered for the right candidate!

About the role;

• Answering phone and handling enquires
• Making and confirming appointments
• Processing accounts
• Filing and handling confidential information
• Database management

About You:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Intermediate to advances computer skills
• Previous experience using Genie is advantageous but not essential
• Professional presentation
• Sound communication skills
