Motivated Practice Manager Position @ Kenmore

Berkeley Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Motivated Practice Manager to join in our team. 
We are looking for passionate, friendly and patient-focused Practice Manager member, as you are the first contact point for patients and the last.With great people management skills, with the ability to lead a busy practice with approximately 5 staff members and 5 practitioners.

This person will need to be resilient and have excellent communication skills along with a personable demeanor. 

Remuneration based on skills and to be discussed upon successful interview.

Pre Requisites

• Minimum 2 years General Practice Experience
• Strong working knowledge of Best Practice Software

Duties Included But Not Limited To

• Triage and welcoming patients
• Booking appointments, answering telephone call and inquiries
• Patient billing (Medicare, DVA, Workcover)
• Exceptions, reports and batching
• Checking mail, emails, faxes and taking action accordingly
• General Administrative Duties
• Setting Up doctors rooms as required
• Supporting the doctors in their daily consulting activitie
• Organise rostering of medical and admin staff
• Liaise with Medicare
