About our clinic:

The Physio Space is a progressive Physiotherapy clinic with 2 locations in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW - Bowral and Moss Vale.  Home to Synergy Sports Physio, Nest Children's Physiotherapy and Embrace Women's Health Physiotherapy.  Our clinic has been in operation for 8 years and has become trusted to provide exceptional care to the Southern Highlands community. We are expanding services in our brand new Moss Vale clinic, which has an emphasis on Musculoskleletal and Sports Physio.

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to Physio. We have an enthusiastic team who have dedicated their experience and training to providing exceptional care to various clinical areas.  Our team values providing evidence-based, effective and current best practice.  We provide extensive professional development programs.  Our spacious and private clinical rooms and well equipped gym area enable us to provide a safe and comfortable patient experience.

We are seeking Physiotherapists who are eager to learn and constantly improve their clinical services, and who are open to collaborative learning within the team.  You will have the opportunity to be mentored by highly experienced Physiotherapists, including an APA Titled Paediatric Physiotherapist.  We have an emphasis on becoming active, long-term members of the community through developing strong referral relationships and participating in sponsorship and support arrangement with local sporting and community groups.

The Southern Highlands is one of the most liveable and scenic areas in the country and is an in-demand destination for young families due to it's accessibility to Sydney, Canberra and the coast, and high-quality education options.

Position requirements:

We are open to applicants who are experienced or just starting out in their career. The most important requirement is that you share the values of The Physio Space team.  Full Time and Part Time applicants will be considered.

Experienced Physiotherapists

For those who have already been working as a Physiotherapist for 2 or more years we are looking for someone who brings skills and experiences to enhance existing services we offer.  Someone who is ready to build their clinical 'niche' area. If you are an experienced Physiotherapist looking for a Part-Time position we are also happy to hear from you!

New and Recent Graduate Physiotherapists

If you are a new or recent grad ready to build a career in Musculoskeletal Physio through quality teaching, training and mentoring please apply.  Our new graduate training program program may be modified to suit your needs.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong emphasis on biomechanical and kinetic chain assessment and treatment
• Treatment planning based on exceptional diagnostic skills that enable you to treat the source of the condition, not just the symptoms
• Active approaches to treatment and progression to self-management and preventative measures
• Interest in dry-needling, exercise-based management (including pilates), sports coverage and athlete development
• Interest and skills in Musculoskeletal Paediatrics also welcomed and if an interest area will be supported by a Titled Paediatric Physio with experience in Musculoskeletal Paediatrics
• A collaborative and progressive approach to the profession and working in a team environment
• AHPRA Registration, Working with Children Check, Driver's Licence all required
