We are a GP clinic in Oaklands Park South Australia seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in a genuine advanced practice role.

This position has been designed to improve patient access and continuity of care, with clear governance, credentialing, and scope of practice already established.

The role

• Independent NP-led consultations

• Management of acute presentations and chronic disease

• Preventive health and care coordination

• Prescribing, pathology and imaging requests within scope

• Referrals to specialists and allied health

• Collaborative practice with GPs and nurses
