Salary Offer: Pro-rata $95,000 + CPD + Travel Reimbursement

About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist ready to transition into a team leadership and mentoring role. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience, particularly in NDIS and aged care community work, and be looking to grow into a leadership position.
This role is perfect for someone seeking part-time hours with future growth into a formal team leader or clinical supervisor position.

Client Demographics: Majority aged care (60–79 yrs); paediatric caseload to grow in future

About You:

AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist

3–4 years of experience in community settings, NDIS, and aged care

Confident in mentoring junior clinicians and leading by example

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Looking to grow into a leadership or supervisory position
