About the role: 

Working as a Rehabilitation Consultant, located in Darwin, you will support people who have sustained a physical injury by assessing their needs and providing effective solutions that see them safely return to existing or new employment.  


In this role, you will: 

  • Use award-winning psychosocial risk tools to provide holistic and psychosocial support to achieve great outcomes 

  • Complete functional capacity evaluations 

  • Conduct assessments including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living 

  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve recovery at work 

  • Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals

  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA 

  • Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes  

  • Clinical experience in the development of rehabilitation plans 

  • Clinical experience in conducting assessments

  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
