About the Role
In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and develop individualised intervention plans

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services in community and/or clinic environments

• Support clients to improve independence, safety, and participation in daily activities

• Prescribe assistive technology and recommend home modifications as required

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
