Fraser Coast Rehabilitation provides general rehabilitation services including upper limb rehabilitation, injury treatment, injury management, occupational health and return to work services. Practices are located in Maryborough & Hervey Bay.
 
Position Description:

• Provide injury treatment and injury management services
• Provide upper limb rehabilitation services
• Conduct Functional Capacity Evaluation assessments and Pre employment screening services
• Provide Return to work services

After Hours Requirements: No

Qualifications & Experience:

• AHPRA registration
• Tertiary Qualification
