  • Provide support to field therapists, including documentation review and care recommendations

  • Liaise with families, coordinators, and other health professionals to support client outcomes

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical discussions

  • Ensure all services align with NDIS and aged care standards and guidelines

Essential Criteria
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)

  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

  • Minimum 1 year experience, ideally in various caseload or community OT settings

  • Excellent clinical reasoning and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

  • Proficiency in electronic case management and clinical documentation systems

  • Current Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s licence (preferred)

Benefits
  • Non-client-facing role – perfect for those seeking a break from travel or direct therapy

  • Competitive hourly rate with superannuation

  • Flexible part-time or full-time options

  • Professional development support and ongoing clinical mentoring

  • Join a friendly, multidisciplinary team with a strong culture of care

If you're a detail-oriented Occupational Therapist looking to apply your clinical expertise in a rewarding non-client-facing role based in Penrith, we would love to hear from you.
Apply now and become part of a dedicated team making a real difference in aged care and community health.
