Working Hours: 38hr/week, Mon - Fri

Salary: $70-90k base plus commissions

Location: Byron Bay

Roles & Responsibilities:

Our client is the leading provider in North Coast of NSW for in-clinic and mobile allied health services with a team of 65+ allied health professionals. They work with organizations and individuals to get great health outcomes by creating access to Occupational Therapists. They serve in residential aged care, home visits, workplace health and 4 of their own clinics and gyms. 

They are looking for Occupational Therapists to join their fast growing team.You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

As an Occupational Therapist you will be responsible for:

• Delivering in-home services through a variety of community aged care programs, including;
  • Home modifications
  • Equipment and adaptive aids prescription
  • Pressure injury risk assessment and reporting
  • Functional assessments and reports
• Deliver NDIS services
  • Types of referrals: Neurological disorders, Physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, spinal cord injuries
  • Functional assessments and reports
  • Assistive technology assessment and reports
  • Ongoing therapy for capacity building for daily activities
  • Cognitive assessments

Essential Criteria:               

• Hold an Occupational Therapy Degree
• Ability to build rapport with our clients and team
• Strong communication skills
• Valid police check
