Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop personalised care plans
• Recommend and coordinate home modifications and adaptive equipment
• Provide training and guidance to clients, carers, and support staff
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with industry standards

About You

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in community or home care (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
