Your Impact

As an Occupational Therapist you operate alongside our therapy team working with participants in their home or community environment assisting them to reach their full potential. You provide quality therapeutic interventions to adequately support the individuals therapy program. This interesting and rewarding role is part of our therapy services team. Our therapy team is well known for the high-quality service and care they provide. The team has a wide range of backgrounds and experience, all brought together by the common theme of passion for our participants health and happiness.

 

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated Occupational Therapist. You would describe yourself as compassionate, dedicated and caring with the ability to build strong rapport with clients of all abilities. You are adept at communicating and work successfully with therapists to implement and review therapy plans. You apply an innovative approach to problem solving. You are an organized individual who can handle complexity and multiple priorities.

The technical bits

This position is available full-time or part-time, based in our Leeming or Malaga clinic with services provided primarily to NDIS and DVA participants in their home or out in the community. There is opportunity to progress into supporting our Specialised Services - including supporting our Driving Services or Complex Home Modification Services. You will also be required to provide a current Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and proof of Covid-19 vaccination or approved medical exemption. A Drivers Licence and your own vehicle is essential.
