Provide mobile Occupational Therapy services to children and adult individuals with a range of diagnoses across various locations within Victoria.

Communicate with key stakeholders and support your clients in this autonomous and rewarding role.

This is a great opportunity to work across a wide range of client cases- from needing support with assistive technology equipment, home modifications, skill building, mental health support and intervention as well as much more, to assist our clients to stay safe in their homes and live as independently as possible.

The Successful Applicant Will/Key Duties:

  • Use evidence-based treatments with a client centred focus to achieve rewarding outcomes
  • Have great communication skills and work well with external stakeholders, including funding bodies, organisations, trades people, equipment suppliers and carers/family members.
  • Deliver mobile services to a NDIS, HCP and Private Caseload
  • Complete clinical assessments and treatment of various physical, neurological and mental health conditions.
  • Assessment and prescription of aids, equipment and appropriate interventions as per clinical/professional opinion
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including sound documentation skills
  • Have exceptional report writing skills to support participants with their goals and funding, quality assurance process also included with Senior therapists
  • Have a high level of time management skills
  • Have fantastic interpersonal skills and enjoy participating in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Collaborate with your Allied Health Team in case conferences and reflective practice
  • Participate in regular professional development, clinical supervision and team catch ups
  • Manage your schedule to suit your work/life balance
