We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a growing team in Melbourne. This role involves providing clinic-based and community-based therapy services, primarily supporting elderly and aged care clients under the NDIS.

You will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions, developing tailored therapy plans, and working closely with clients and their families to support independence and quality of life.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals

• Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans

• Deliver therapy services in clinic and community settings

• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as required

• Educate clients and families on therapy strategies and techniques

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

• Provide ongoing support and encouragement throughout the therapy journey

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current AHPRA registration

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

• Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid Australian driver’s licence

• Flexible working arrangements (FT, PT, or Contractor)
