About the Role

We are currently looking for a motivated and caring Oral Health Therapist / Hygienist to join our growing team. Whether you're after full-time or part-time hours, experienced or entry level, we're happy to be flexible for the right candidate with the right attitude as our culture is important to us! You will work as part of a team alongside 4 experienced Hygienists, as well as our Dentists and support staff, as we work together to achieve our goal of providing quality patient care.

In this role you will be:

·       Providing high-quality preventive and therapeutic oral health care

·       Conducting hygiene appointments, including scaling, polishing, and patient education

·       Performing assessments and treatments within your scope of practice

·       Building genuine, lasting relationships with our patients

·       Collaborating with our highly skilled team of dentists and support team to deliver exceptional care for our patients

·       No one works in isolation - we show up for our patients and for each other

About You

·       Formal qualifications in Oral Health or Dental Therapy

·       Current registration with AHPRA as an Oral Health Therapist and/or Dental Hygienist

·       Current First Aid certification

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients

·       Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

·       Commitment to providing a warm, high-quality, patient-centred care

·       Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

·       Reliability and a genuine passion for oral health
