Talk Play Grow is a well-established and rapidly growing Speech Pathology practice in Sydney’s Hills District. We pride ourselves on our passion and commitment to helping children communicate, connect and succeed. To do this, we are constantly learning and growing together. You’ll find us sharing our knowledge and skills with each other in 1:1 meetings, team trainings and case conferencing every week. We also come together once a quarter for a full staff day to celebrate our achievements and explore a variety of clinical topics.

We are looking for both experienced and new graduates Speech Pathologists to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments to children up to 18 years of age experiencing communication delays and disorders using appropriate standardized and non-standardized assessment tools.
  • Develop measurable and achievable goals in collaboration with families for intervention
  • Provide appropriate intervention to children experiencing communication and/or feeding delays and disorders in clinic, preschool, school and home based settings
  • Provide education and information to parents/carers and others involved in the child’s care regarding communication delays and disorders and effective therapy approaches.
  • Manage a varied clinical caseload independently with the highest standard of clinical practice
  • Ensure client records are complete and up to date and confidentiality is maintained
