Part-Time Pharmacist – Nursing Home & DAA Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Pharmacist to join our team at Chemist Discount Centre Boronia. This role will focus on supporting our nursing home and community DAA operations, while the current pharmacist transitions to a more front-of-store position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and checking nursing home and community packs (DAAs)
• Managing orders and processing medication changes
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and patient safety in all DAA-related work
• Supporting the dispensary team when required

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA
• Previous experience with nursing home packs/DAAs highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Flexibility with start and finish times (earliest 7am, latest finish 7pm)
• Willingness to cover shifts when staff are away
• Availability to work alternate Saturdays, with potential Sunday or public holiday shifts if required

Hours (Tentative Roster)

• Monday: 9:00am – 3:30pm (6 hrs)
• Tuesday: 10:00am – 6:00pm (7.5 hrs)
• Thursday: 10:00am – 6:00pm (7.5 hrs)
• Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm (7.5 hrs)
• Alternate Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (7.5 hrs)

What We Offer

• Competitive pay: $46–$52 per hour + super (based on experience)- Higher rates for Saturdays and Sundays.
