Pharmacist Manager

Charman Road Pharmacy Pharmasave in Cheltenham is seeking a pharmacist manager to co manage the pharmacy and to help lead the next stage of growth for the pharmacy.

Working hours:

Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri - 9-6

Alternate Sun 10-1pm

We are a close knit community pharmacy servicing the Cheltenham local area. We pride ourselves in providing personalised care, and aim to make our customers feel good and warm when they come into the store.

We believe in personal relationships amongst staff and customers; that healthcare is a personal thing, hence empathy and care is what we focus to provide.

We are not a high volume pharmacy, but rather, we aim to provide high service care to our patients, making sure we make it easy for them and help them to understand what they are doing.

Roles and responsibilities

You will lead a team of great staff, and handle the day to day responsibilities of making sure they are done on a timely manner.

You will inspire and motivate the team to perform at their best levels, and assist in rostering .

You will possess and aim to develop your empathy skills, and interpersonal skills with staff and customers

You will be able to handle multiple roles , and be flexible to fill in different roles as needed - that is part of our team culture : to be where is needed and help each other out

You will ovesee the care of 50-55 packing patients (non nursing home but some assisted living facility) - working with other pharmacist to care for this. We also have 40 OTP patients, which majority are coming on weekends only.

Manage day to day operation , eg providing solution to problems that arise in the dispensary , or with staff or customers

Making sure different jobs are completed within a reasonable time frame, either by delegation or personal responsibility
