Our Pharmacy

Healthline Pharmacy Bamford Lane is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team. We have wonderful customers and a very warm and inviting pharmacy environment. We take pride in helping and looking after the community.

A unique opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our pharmacy. Our drive is to offer our customers educated and professional service, and to provide an experience that separates us from all the rest.

We pride ourselves in taking the time to understand our customer’s needs and offer them the best advice for a total solution to their enquiries.

About the job

Part-time or full-time position is available, for the right candidate. Some weekend work may be required, but it’s mostly weekday hours.

Our pharmacy is open from 8:30am till 6pm Monday to Fridays, 9am to 2pm on Saturday and 9am to 1pm on Sundays.

Pharmacy experience is required for this position, but we will still offer ongoing training and support to the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Providing positive health outcomes for our customers
• Assisting with customer enquiries and offer product recommendation
• Ensuring the smooth running of the retail area
• Working in a team environment that is respectful and supportive
• Making sure the store looks great by merchandising and building displays
• Assisting with general admin and supporting the Pharmacist and team, as required
• Some stock ordering and control.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Pharmacy experience required
• Knowledge of pharmacy products and services
• Willingness to learn new things

• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
