Exercise Physiologist (Accredited) – Private Practice

Part-Time with a Pathway to Full-Time (within 6–12 Months)

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Sydney Physios & Allied Health Services is looking for a passionate and motivated Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

This position is ideal for either a new graduate looking to launch their career in private practice or an experienced Exercise Physiologist seeking a supportive team and long-term career progression.

The role will commence on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week), with a genuine and realistic opportunity to build to full-time hours within 6–12 months as your caseload grows.

About the Role

You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload including:

• Musculoskeletal injuries
• WorkCover and CTP rehabilitation
• Medicare EPC patients
• Private patients
• NDIS participants
• Chronic disease management
• Strength and conditioning
• Return-to-work rehabilitation
• Clinical exercise prescription and gym-based rehabilitation

You'll work closely with our experienced multidisciplinary team and have access to an established referral network to help you build a successful caseload.

About You

You will have:

• ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A genuine passion for helping people achieve their health goals
