Physiotherapist - Subcontract - NSW

Role: Senior / Mid-Senior Physiotherapist – Private Practice (Subcontractor)
Location: Sydney – Orchard Hills / Kingswood NSW

  About the Role

• Senior/Mid-Senior physiotherapist position with room for career advancement

• Work in a musculoskeletal private practice with a caseload including Medicare and WorkCover patients

• 3–4 days per week: Monday, Thursday, Saturday (+ optional Friday)

• Start date: Approximately 2 weeks after successful interview

• Location: Orchard Hills / Kingswood NSW 2748

  Pay Structure (Subcontracting Only)

You may choose between two subcontracting payment models:

• Commission-Based Model

  • 40%–45% of total revenue generated, including product sales

• Guaranteed Hourly Model

  • $60–$65 per hour, fixed rate

  • No commission

   What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a private practice musculoskeletal setting

• Strong experience treating Medicare and WorkCover patients

• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills

• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to clinic culture

   Mandatory Requirements

• Current CPR & First Aid certifications

• Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Module

• Own professional indemnity and public liability insurance (minimum $20M coverage)

• Eligibility to work as a subcontractor

• AHPRA registration (Physiotherapist)
