Your main Duties will include:

  • The assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of physiotherapy interventions to clients with chronic and complex health needs or permanent disability
  • To provide high quality, timely Physiotherapy services to clients to maximize function, performance of activities of daily living and participation in meaningful activities

We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with:

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Recent clinical experience in providing physiotherapy to clients in the community, disability and/or rehabilitation settings
  • Experience and clinical skills in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Demonstrated competence in high level interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Sound time management and organisational skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth and development
  • Current C unrestricted driver's licence, good driving record and own car

Desirable Criteria:

  • Significant clinical experience in providing therapy to persons with chronic disabilities within NDIA and icare models
  • Experience with staff, student, or Allied Health Assistant supervision
