Physiotherapist

Stabilise is a Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage and Exercise-focused Health Centre based in Castle Hill, committed to improving the health and wellbeing of people in our local community and beyond.

We are a loving, patient focused business currently looking for a passionate physiotherapist to join our incredible team. It will be on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time hours. You will have flexibility, varied patient types, great remuneration and the possibility for business opportunities. There will be opportunity to lead small group sessions in strength and conditioning and mat pilates based exercise.

The ideal candidate will be able to support us with the following experience and skills:

• 2-3+ years clinical experience in a private practice.
• Knowledge and execution of exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and general exercise prescription.
• Advanced experience in manual therapy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Great time management of clinical notes and other therapist administration needs.

• Proactive and takes initiative.
• Results driven with the commitment to ensuring clients have a seamless experience.
• Is respectful of patient confidentiality.
• Has good written and verbal communication skills for varied populations.
• Ensures the clinic runs smoothly on a day to day basis.
• Passion about health and wellness.

Essential attributes of the successful candidate:

• AHPRA registration.
• PI insurance.
• SIRA number (current or willing to obtain).
• Any additional exercise science degrees are also highly regarded but not essential.
