About the role

Woodvale Park Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our medical practice. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the health and wellbeing of our patients in the Northern Suburbs and Joondalup area of Perth, Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting doctors with examinations and procedures

• Administering immunisations, vaccinations, and other injections

• Performing routine health checks and screening tests

• Providing patient education and health promotion activities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Ensuring the practice's clinical environment is clean, safe, and well-stocked

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver coordinated patient care

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse with a current Australian nursing registration

• Strong knowledge of primary healthcare and general nursing practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
